HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING DIFFER FROM ON-SITE PERSONAL TRAINING?

ONLINE COACHING DOESN’T REQUIRE YOU TO LIVE NEAR ME, and even if you do you still have this option. YOUR PROGRAM IS DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH AN EASY TO USE APP AND YOU HAVE THE FREEDOM TO COMPLETE YOUR TASKS ON YOUR TIME INSTEAD OF MINE.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN ONLINE COACHING?

SINCE ONLINE COACHING IS A SMALLER TIME COMITTMENT FOR ME AS A COACH YOU ARE ABLE TO GET A LOT MORE AT A LOWER COST. ONLINE COACHING CONSISTS OF:

  • OPTIONAL MOBILITY ROUTINES

  • HABIT COACHING

  • OPTIONAL NUTRITION COACHING

  • WEEKLY EMAIL CHECK-IN’S

  • BI-WEEKLY ZOOM CHECK-IN’S

  • DIRECT ACCESS TO ME 5 DAYS A WEEK

  • Access to your training and nutrition/habit programs through an easy to use app

DOES EVERYONE GET THE SAME PROGRAM?

NO. YOUR PROGRAM WILL BE 100% DESIGNED AROUND YOU!! NOTHING COOKIE CUTTER HERE!

WHERE CAN THE WORKOUTS BE DONE?

YOU CAN WORKOUT AT HOME, AT A GYM, outdoors, or wherever your heart desires. YOUR PROGRAM WILL BE WRITTEN FOR THE EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE ACCESS TO.

HOW DOES THE COST COMPARE TO ON-SITE TRAINING

ONLINE TRAINING IS PRICED SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW ON-SITE TRAINING DUE TO THE SMALLER TIME COMMITMENT IT REQUIRES OF ME. ONLINE COACHING BEGINS WITH A 12 WEEK COMMITMENT AND CAN BE EXTENDED 4 WEEKS AT A TIME AFTER THAT.
