OVER THE LAST YEAR TAYLOR HAS DEVELOPED A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE GYM, SHE HAS A WHOLE NEW APPRECIATION FOR THE THINGS THAT HER BODY IS ABLE TO DO, AND NOW HAS A VERY HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD. SHE HAS LEARNED HOW TO FIT IN THE FOODS SHE LOVES AND CRAVES WHILE STILL LOSING WEIGHT, SHE ALWAYS HITS HER DAILY HABIT GOALS, AND NOW FEELS SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE IN HER OWN SKIN. SHE HAS LOST OVER 40LBS AND STILL CONTINUES TO HIT SMALL ATTAINABLE GOALS AS SHE PUSHES FORWARD.

PATRICK CAME TO ME WITH THE GOAL OF TAKING BETTER CARE OF HIMSELF, LOSING WEIGHT, AND GETTING BACK INTO RUNNING AFTER A KNEE INJURY. WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH ALL OF THESE THINGS. TO GET HERE WE FOCUSED ON EASY DIETARY CHANGES, DAILY MOVEMENT, GENTLE PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD IN HIS WORKOUTS, AND A LAID BACK REINTRODUCTION TO RUNNING. WE HAVE PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO BEING CAREFUL NOT TO OVERWORK HIM THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AND ADD IN MORE FOOD WHEN NEEDED TO HELP FUEL HIS NOW LONGER RUNS. HE IS CONSISTENTLY STILL REACHING HIS SMALL MONTHLY WEIGHT LOSS GOALS AND FEELING MUCH BETTER ABOUT HIMSELF PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. HE HAS LOST OVER 20LBS!
